Q: Is there a parking lot available?
Our salon does not have a dedicated parking lot. If you are visiting by car, please use a nearby parking facility or street parking spaces.

Q: Is a reservation required? How far in advance should I make one?
While we are not strictly appointment-only, However, we recommend making a reservation in advance as we operate with a small team.
If you have specific preferences for your stylist, date, or time-consuming services (such as straightening or highlights), we suggest booking as early as possible to ensure availability.
Particularly on weekends or during popular times like weekday mornings and evenings, appointments tend to fill up quickly. For these time slots, booking a few weeks in advance is highly recommended.
We also offer a 24-hour online booking service and the option to schedule your next visit during your current appointment. Please feel free to let us know how we can assist you.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
We send a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel, please be sure to notify us.
As we operate with a small team, the number of customers we can serve is limited. Therefore, for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, we kindly ask for 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Please note that repeated same-day cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours without prior notice may result in the suspension of your online booking privileges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Q: Is cashless payment accepted?
We accept various card payment options e.x. Visa, Master, American Express etc.
Please note that a 1.5% transaction fee will be applied for card payments.

Yes, that’s absolutely fine.
Even if you haven’t decided on a specific style before your visit, your stylist will be happy to consult with you and provide advice, so please don’t worry.
If you find it difficult to explain your vision, we recommend bringing 2-3 photos of hairstyles you like. This will help us better understand the look or vibe you’re aiming for.
Of course, if you prefer to leave everything up to us, that’s perfectly okay too. In that case, we’ll suggest the hairstyle that suits you best.

Q: From what age do you offer haircuts for children?
For children's haircuts, it is ideal if the child can sit in the chair independently.
For younger children who cannot sit still or may feel anxious, there is a risk of potential safety issues during the haircut. Therefore, we recommend scheduling with a stylist who has already built a trusting relationship with both the child and their parent for preschool-aged children.
Considering the child’s safety as our top priority, we may need to decline first-time appointments for preschool-aged children without a parent-present consultation or without a specific stylist assigned. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
